1. Return Eligibility:

• Only applicable for wrong or damaged items.

• Must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photo proof.

• Not applicable for size or color variations in bulk.

2. Return Procedure:

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email with Order ID and photos.

• Return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer unless it’s our error.

3. Refund Process:

• After verifying returned items, refund is processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are made via the original payment method.

4. Exchange:

If available, we’ll replace the product; if not, a full refund will be issued.
